Women Matter 2017 - 10 years of insights on gender diversity by McKinsey

As the latest McKinsey report shows, the economic opportunity in getting more women involved in the workforce is staggering – the McKinsey Global Institute estimates that it could create up to $12 trillion in additional GDP globally. At the micro level, we continue to find a strong positive correlation between the representation of women in leadership roles and the financial performance of businesses. Three Advance Leaders among the Top 100 Women in Switzerland

Congratulations to Simona Scarpaleggia, CEO IKEA Switzerland, and former President of Advance, Kristine Braden, Country Officer for Switzerland, Monaco and Liechtenstein and Corporate & Investment Banking Head for Citigroup Switzerland, current President of Advance, and Rebecca Guntern, CEO of Sandoz Switzerland, Vice President of Advance. All three were named in this year's Top 100 Women in Switzerland.

Advance Gender Intelligence Report Switzerland 2017 

We are delighted to publish the first Advance Gender Intelligence Report Switzerland 2017, conducted in cooperation with Prof. Dr. Gudrun Sander, Director Competence Centre for Diversity & Inclusion, University of St. Gallen. The goal of this report is to create transparency on gender diversity development for Advance Member Companies over time and to derive effective actionable recommendations based on the results of the analysis. This year's study is based on the anonymized data of 127'000 employees. It will be conducted every year. Please find the media release for the Swiss press here.
